B.R. “Rip” Griffin, age 74, is Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Griffin has spent 45 years in the development and management of truck stops and related businesses after opening his first truck stop in Lubbock, Texas in 1962. Mr. Griffin is the sole stockholder of B.R.G., Inc., which is the 100% owner of Rip Griffin Truck Service Center, Inc. Mr. Griffin founded Pro Petroleum, Inc. in 1989, and owns 100% of the capital stock. Mr. Griffin obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree form Texas Tech University in 1955.

Marcus Ray “Mark” Griffin, age 49, is General Counsel and President. After practicing law for two years, Mr. Griffin joined Rip Griffin Truck Service Center, Inc. in 1981. He has worked in every functional area of Rip Griffin Truck Service Center, Inc. and is President of the corporation. Mr. Griffin is also President of Pro Petroleum, Inc. Mark Griffin is the son of B.R. “Rip” Griffin and graduated from the University of Texas with a Bachelor of Science Degree in 1976. He obtained his law degree from Texas Tech University in 1979.

Don Hayden, age 56, is Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the various Griffin Companies including Rip Griffin Truck Service Center, Inc. and Pro Petroleum, Inc. Mr. Hayden joined Rip Griffin Truck Service Center, Inc. in 1987. He has 35 years of corporate finance experience serving as Secretary/Treasurer of Tri-Matic, Inc., a Brownfield, Texas, manufacturing business and as Controller of Leaseway Southwest, Inc. Mr. Hayden graduated from West Texas State University with degree in Finance and from Texas Tech University with an M.B.A.

Matt Johnson, age 44, is Supply Manager of Pro Petroleum, Inc. Mr. Johnson joined Pro Petroleum, Inc. in 1999. He has twenty years of petroleum supply and distribution experience. He has formerly held positions of Vice President Purchasing, Thornton Oil Company, Louisville, KY; Manager of Supply, Agway Energy Products, Syracuse, NY; Area Gasoline Manager, Tosco Corporation/Circle K, Phoenix, AZ; Manager Supply Distribution, JCO Energy, Houston, TX; and Manager of Funds & Inventory Control, Hydrocarbon Trading & Transport, Houston, TX. Mr. Johnson graduated from Central Connecticut State University with a B.S. of Administrative Science.

Mark Lytle, age 35, is Vice President of Pro Petroleum, Inc. Mr. Lytle joined the company in 1998. Mr. Lytle has over ten years experience in the marketing of petroleum products. He formerly served as Vice President of Marketing for Cool Fuels, Inc., Los Angeles, CA and as General Manager of Petromore, Inc. of Paramount, CA. Mr. Lytle attended Humbolt State University and UCLA.

Betty Catherman, age 30 is Controller of Pro Petroleum, Inc. Mrs. Catherman joined Pro Petroleum in 1996. Mrs. Catherman has nine years of experience in accounting, tax, system and operations managements. Mrs. Catherman graduated from Wayland Baptist University with a degree in Business Administration and a M.B.A.

Mike Mathers, age 38 is the General Manager of Operations for Pro Petroleum, Inc. Mr. Mathers has fifteen years of petroleum terminal and transportation management experience, including five years with Pro Petroleum, eight years with Giant Industries, Inc. and two years with Swift Transportation, Inc. as the Director of Revenue Services. During his career, Mr. Mathers has managed fuel distribution terminals and petroleum transport fleet simultaneously. Mr. Mathers received a B.A. in English from Arizona State University in 1989.
